OA-T-GF toasted wholemeal oat flour is part of our specialty flour range. It is produced from unhulled oats in order to achieve the highest possible fibre content. It is also rich in protein and guaranteed gluten-free. It is therefore often used in gluten-free alternatives to bread, cookies, and biscuits.
