Milk – 31.3%
Wheat flour – 25%
Eggs – 18%
Butter – 10%
Sugar – 10%
Toasted whole lupin flour – 5%
Salt – 1%
Yeast – 0.6%

Our process
Mix together the melted butter, sugar & egg yolks
Add the flours & yeast, and then the warm milk in small doses
Fold in the beaten egg whites
Baking: 2 to 3 minutes in a greased waffle iron
