Our process
Rehydrated the textured vegetable proteins for 15 minutes
Mix the meat, salt, wheat fibres, garlic & paprika
Incorporate the rehydrated TVPs
Mix, mince & shape
Add the pre-cut vegetables (bell pepper, bean, corn & onion)
Use in the finished product: Cook for 5 minutes on each side at 85°C
