Our recipe

Wheat & green lentil textured proteins + Water – 19.5% + 53.6%

Country-style terrine aro/techno mix – 18.9%

Soy sauce – 5%

Sunflower oil – 3%

Our process

Rehydrate the textured vegetable proteins (TVPs) for 15 minutes
Add the rehydrated TVPs to the aro/techno mix
Incorporate the oil & soy sauce
Mix with a churn/hand mixer or inverse cutter
Pack in a jar
