Our recipe

For 8L of instant soup:

Water – 87.5%

TT-T chickpea flour – 7.5%

Raisins – 2%

Roasted chopped dried fruits (Pistachios & Hazelnuts) – 1.4%

Natural aroma of cooked roast meat – 0.8%

Coriander – 0.3%

Ginger – 0.25%

Salt – 0.25%

Our process

For 100g of mix, boil 70 cL of water
Pour the mix into the boiling water, mix well with a whisk until completely dissolved

Can be stored in a cool place.
To restore, shake well with a whisk before reheating.
