Description

Our lupine flakes, or Flocolup, are characterised by a beautiful golden colour, a toasted flavour and a crispy texture. The flakes retain the nutritional values of the lupine seed, which means that they are rich in protein and fibre. They are generally used in the preparation of muesli, breakfast cereals, cereal bars and biscuits, but also in the making of breads and savoury cereal mixes.
