Veal meat : 465g
Water : 323g
Wheat & fava bean textured protein INVAH-TEX BF55-S : 180g
Wheat fibre : 19g
Salt : 10g
Provencal herbs : 2g
Black pepper : 1g

Our process
- Mix spices, herbs and proteins textured with water
- Let stand for 5 minutes and then add meat and wheat fiber
- Let stand for 30 min at 4°C
- Chop the mixture
- Let stand for at least 1 hour at 4 °C
