Cold water – 22%

Melted unsalted butter – 14%

Our process

Mix together the Almond Financiers Mix, cold water & butter with the flat beater for 5 minutes at an average speed
Pour in financiers baking tins to the 2/3
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C
