Ready-to-use Mix – 32.5%

Water – 25%

Frozen Sweet Potato – 17%

Mozzarella – 15%

Sunflower oil – 5.9%

Breadcrumbs – 4.6%

Our process

Stir together the mix, sweet potatoes & mozzarella cubes, water & oil until obtaining a thick dough.
Shape the burgers (60g)
Fry for 30 seconds at 180°C
Bake in a steam oven for 15 minutes at 180°C
