Polydextrose syrup – 14.9%

Our process

Mix together the glucose syrup & polydextrose syrup
Heat until it is 80°C
Incorporate the mix "Lemon Cacao Cereal Bars" in the liquid solution
Mix until having a homogeneous mixture
The dough is ready for shaping
