Muffin Mix – 58%

Cold water – 22%

Sunflower oil – 14%

Dark chocolate chips – 6%

Our process

Mix together the Muffin Mix, cold water & sunflower oil with an electric whisk at an average speed for 5 minutes
Pour into a cake tin 2/3 full
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C
