Our process

Stir together the mix with the water & oil
Shape the balls (17g)
Bake in a steam oven for 12 minutes at 150°C

Water, White breadcrumbs (Wheat flour, Yeast, Salt), Pre-gelatinised red lentil flour, Red lentil flour, Onion, Sunflower oil, Millet seeds, Corn germ, Parsley, Bicarbonate of soda, Potato starch, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Concentrate (Paprika, Carrot), Chilli.
