Our process
For the recipe without frying:
- Stir the mix with cold water & sunflower oil
- Shape the balls (between 15 & 20g)
- Bake in a steam oven for about 7 minutes at 210°C
For the recipe with frying:
- Stir the mix with cold water

- Fry in olive oil for 1min30
- Bake in a steam oven for about 7 minutes at 210°C
