Our recipe

Organic Mutlicereals Cookies Mix – 51.2%

Organic chocolate chips – 22%

Organic unsalted butter – 14.6%

Organic eggs – 12.2%

Our process

Melt the butter
Add the eggs & the mix
Stir well until having a homogeneous dough
Add the chocolate chips and mix again
Shape a dozen balls the size of a big walnut
Place them at regular intervals in a tray covered with baking paper and flatten them gently
Let them rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
Bake for 8 minutes at 200°C
