Our process
- Kneading : 10 minutes, speed 2
- Rest : 15 minutes at 20°C
- Shaping : Dough of 100g, place them in a cool place
- Flatten the balls and spread out discs of 20 cm
- Cooking time : 2 minutes at 270-275°C
