Our recipe

Plant-based breaded mix – 32.4%

Broccoli – 22%

Water – 17.6%

Goat’s cheese – 15%

Sunflower oil – 8%

Breadcrumbs – 5%

Our process

Defrost the broccoli ;
Crush them (the pieces must not be too big) ;
Cut the goat's cheese into cubes frozen beforehand ;
Mix the mix, water and oil together ;
Add the goat's cheese cubes at the end of mixing ;
Shape the burgers (60g) ;
Coat them with breadcrumbs and fry for 30 seconds at 180°C ;
Bake in a steam oven for 15 min at 180°C.
