Water (65°C) – 50%
Butter choux bun dough mix – 45.5%
Sunflower oil – 4.5%

Our process
Stir together the mix & water with a hand mixer for 2 minutes
Add the oil and mix again for 2 minutes until obtaining a smooth batter (the dough should be slightly elastic)
Shape the choux buns (22.5g)
Bake in a ventilated oven for 21 minutes at 170°C
