Our recipe
Wheat & coral lentil textured proteins + Water – 17.3% + 55.6%
Sea flavoured rillettes aro/techno mix – 20.1%
Soy sauce – 4%
Sunflower oil – 3%

Our process
Rehydrate the textured vegetable proteins (TVPs) in water for 15 minutes
Add the rehydrated TVPs to the aro/techno mix
Incorporate the oil & soy sauce
Mix to obtain a smooth product
Pack in a jar
