Wheat bean flour TT-T : 275g
Wheat flour : 275g
Soft butter : 252g
Water : 193g
Salt : 5g

Our process
- Mix the flours, salt and butter in pieces.
- Add the water and mix for 3 minutes.
- Let the dough rest in a cool place for 1 hour.
- Put it in pie tins.
- Baking in the oven at 180°C,
for 15 minutes for a blank baking.
for 35 minutes with the filling.
