Yoghurt Cake Mix – 55%
Cold water – 23%
Sunflower oil – 22%

Our process
Mix together the Yogurt Cake mix, cold water & sunflower oil with an electric whisk at a high speed for 5 minutes
Pour in a baking tin to 2/3
Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C
