INVAH-TEX B60 – S (2-5 mm) is a wheat textured protein with 60% protein. Our PVTs (Textured Plant Proteins) are a real asset for protein transition & flexitarianism. They can be used in vegetable products but also in vegetable & animal protein mixes. Our PVTs are mainly made from ingredients of French origin and all guaranteed GMO-free. Our process is clean, without the addition of technological aids. It is purely mechanical, combining temperature, pressure, humidity & shearing. INVAH-TEX B70 – S (3-5mm) is a wheat textured protein with 70% protein.
